Welcome to Dangaar. By using our platform, you agree to the following terms regarding transactions, fees, and vendor payouts.
1. The Marketplace
Dangaar is a digital platform that allows independent creators (“Vendors”) to sell digital products to “Buyers.” Dangaar acts as the facilitator and payment processor.
2. Fees and Commissions
- Vendor Commission: Dangaar deducts a 20% commission from every successful sale.
- Buyer Service Fee: A 2% service fee is added to every purchase at checkout to cover platform maintenance.
3. Vendor Payouts (Withdrawals)
To ensure security and administrative efficiency, the following payout rules apply:
- Minimum Payout: Vendors may request a withdrawal once their earned balance reaches a minimum of $50.
- Processing Time: Payouts are typically processed within 1 to 5 business days from the date of the request.
- Delays: Please note that this timeline may be extended in the event of unforeseen circumstances, technical issues, or public holidays.
4. Digital Product Delivery & Refunds
- Buyers receive immediate access to downloads upon payment.
- Due to the digital nature of products, all sales are final. Refunds are only granted if a file is technically broken and the vendor cannot provide a fix within 7 days. The 2% Buyer Fee is always non-refundable.
5. Featured Listings (Premium Placement)
Vendors may purchase “Featured” status to increase the visibility of their products.
- Availability: There are only 6 featured slots available per page. These are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Duration: A featured listing will remain in a premium position for 9 days from the date of purchase.
- Pricing: The cost for a featured listing is $5.00 per 9-day cycle.
- No Guarantee of Sales: Featured placement increases visibility, but Dangaar does not guarantee a specific number of sales or clicks.
- Refunds: Payments for featured listings are non-refundable, even if the vendor decides to delete the listing before the 9-day period ends.
6. Prohibited Content
Vendors must own the rights to their uploads. Piracy or copyright infringement will result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.
